Sound Healing
Your body knows how to heal itself. You only need to relax into a healing state that can transform stress into healing energy
Did you know that we absorb negative Qi from pathogenic toxins such as food, air, drink, toxic emotions, and negative thoughts and relationships?
Did you know that it is possible to transform stress and negative emotions such as fear, resentment, anger, impatience, worry, and anxiety into positive emotions like joy, confidence, inspiration, creativity, and compassion through the use of a specific set of sounds?
During the Sui Dynasty (around 590 to 618 AD), a Qi Gong master named Zhi Zhuan identified six distinct sounds, each of which corresponds to a specific organ and has unique healing effects. These sounds came to be known as the Six Healing Sounds because of their ability to purge noxious energy from the body. When combined with movement and breathing, these sounds proved to be incredibly effective in addressing a wide variety of health ailments and clearing toxic negative emotions.
